Curriculum Vitae of Laurentiu Stan (Stan Laurentiu)

Madrid, Spain

1. Professional summary

Polymath: someone who connects technology, design, photography, strategy and AI to solve problems in ways a specialist wouldn't see. With over 10 years of experience, his value lies in arriving at unfamiliar contexts — new technology, different industry, freshly formed team — and solving the problem. He has done it in blockchain, fintech, telecommunications, retail, insurance, aviation, healthcare, public administration and banking. He's not the developer who knows the most about React. He's the one who knows what to build, why, and how to connect it to everything else. Generative AI is now his multiplier: MVP in 2 months versus an estimated 1 year, complex projects started from scratch in frameworks he had never used.

In parallel, he maintains a 13+ year career as a photographer and visual artist, with work in international museums, books, journals and collaborations with brands such as Nike SB, Moto Guzzi and Harley-Davidson. That dual perspective — technical and visual — is what allows him to think of interfaces as compositions, architectures as living systems, and problems as design opportunities. "The balance between beauty and the pragmatic."

2. Certifications

  • Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) | Madrid, Spain | 2024

3. Work experience

3.1. Senior Analyst | Accenture Song

Madrid, Spain | August 2018 – Present (7+ years). Promoted to Sr Analyst in September 2021.

His value lies not in knowing a specific language, but in his ability to land in any context — unfamiliar technology, new team, different industry — and solve the problem. He has demonstrated this repeatedly in every project. Generative AI is now a natural multiplier of this way of working.

3.1.1. Public administration

November 2025 – Present

Multiple projects in public administration. Demanding environment and fast pace. Effective use of generative AI tools to accelerate tasks and incident resolution. First experience with the project's framework, being able to create complex projects without prior experience. Confidential project designed with AI from the start: MVP in 2 months versus the estimated 1 year with a traditional approach.

3.1.2. Financial services

January 2025 – September 2025 (9 months)

Development on a banking platform with the client's proprietary framework. Quick integration into the team, receptive to learning the client's internal processes.

3.1.3. Public administration / Healthcare

March 2023 – January 2024 (11 months)

Lead developer of public and administrative portals for request management. Designed the project's base architecture without having previously worked with the technology used. Created custom reusable tools across both portals, minimizing impact and facilitating future maintenance. Coordinated a multidisciplinary team.

3.1.4. Insurance

August 2024 – December 2024 (5 months)

Technical lead for the development of custom web applications for offline access to Salesforce data by commercial teams. Microfrontend architecture. Real-time data processing and analytics. Innovative project with few precedents in offline Salesforce integration. Coordinated a team of developers, delegating tasks according to aptitudes and preparing smooth transitions.

December 2021 – March 2022 (4 months)

Development of an automotive insurance product. Quality solutions, organized work, attention to detail.

3.1.7. Aviation

3.1.9. Beverages

October 2019 – May 2020 (7 months)
